OCI- Houston West Chapter will be having Richard Welch as our guest speaker! Richard is 44 years old, a veteran and father. He is a republicanism running for the 38th Congressional district in Texas. Some of his focus will be on Energy Independence, Mental Health, Border Security and Special Needs programs/funding. This shall be a great luncheon!
